Finally made it 3 weeks which I'v never done before.

Yesterday I had the strongest cravings I've had in a while, I've heard that the 3 week mark can be hard, anyone else doing CT find this?

Anyway today is not so bad as yesterday, didn't think of smoking for a good few hours after getting up.

Well done on making it to week 3! It is tricky but don't go into it with that mindset because it is different for everyone. Trust me after this week it gets a lot easier you begin to feel normal again.

Isn't it great being able to have an extra ten minutes in bed because you don't have to get up and go and smoke?

Looking forward to seeing you at a month! x

Fantastic Matt! :D

The 'terrible threes' are a bit notorious but sounds like you're cracking ahead. You've passed your personal mile-stone and having done that, you can go all the way I am sure.

Well done that man! :)

Three weeks is nothing to be scoffed at WD mate!

Hope you sail through the last week and into the second month - by now food should taste better and your sense of smell should be off the charts or at least mine was!

Keep up the good works and again very well done mate

3 weeks is flipping brill mate, notoriously difficult the threes... 3rd day, 3rd week, 3rd month (when I failed) not sure why they can be a pain but they are, so hats off to you for getting to this point :) xx
