Day 21

still going, has been a little challenging recently as Ive been visiting family and there are cigs lying everywhere and people smoking in Doors next to me. I sometimes feel tempted for a few seconds but it's nothing like in the first week, I just think to myself NOPE.

I have felt a little worried that the passive smoking might be putting nicotine into my system and making things harder maybe.

do i get to post in the 1 month forum tomorow?

Well done Matthew and a huge pat on the back for getting through a situation that would challenge even the strongest quit. :) You should definitely see this as a step forward and be very proud of yourself. I hope you enjoy the month one room!

Well done on heading into week 4, you'll be at a month in no time!

Looking at studies there's no definite proof that you can get addicted to nicotine through second hand smoke, only vulnerable after being exposed for long periods of time so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Keep up the good work x
