I NEVER though a whole day would pass, without me thinking about smoking
it made such a pleasant change! it was almost like a "break" from my quit.
A moment of respite lol, A VERY welcome moment , to be honest the quit was starting to wear me down, but now two nice days in a row have put a spring in my stride and strengthened my resolve.
Yeah we need the good days to get us through. If we could bottle them we'd make a fortune. The trick is to remember these really good feelings for when you are tired and bored of the quit.
I think the biggest thing is that the longer you go the more you realise life can be normal without smoking. It sounds obvious but as a smoker I don't think you really believe it. No until you've actually experienced a couple of good days do you start to appreciate how absolutely fantastic it is to be free of smoking.
