Today is day 5 of my quit attempt and I'm feeling good. This is my 4th or 5th attempt at quitting and I some how feel different. The cravings are nearly always there but when one comes I say NOPE. Never one puff ever. It seems to be working! I have also changed to drinking fruit tea when the cravings are bad and use that as a form of stress relief. I have never joined a non smoking forum before as I have found it quite difficult to talk about it.. I have looked about the forums and they seem to provide a lot of people with support when it gets really tough. I thought to myself why not give it a try it might be what I need to finally say goodbye to Mr Nic!
