Day 11 - feeling a bit odd...

Morning Lovely People,

I am feeling a bit pooh today, mild headache, tired, irratable and very distracted. Not good as I really need to concentrate on work as I am covering for a colleague at the moment as well as my own work:confused:

These are the feelings I usually had on every day of a quit (usually much shorter quits that this one). The longest quit I had was 12 years agao and was for 3 months, the next was 3 years ago and was for 3.5 weeks. Since the one 3 years ago the most I have managed is 4/5 days so I am really, really pleased with 11 days.

I am pretty confident that this is only a passing off day and lets face it we have off days if we smoke or not!

I hope everyone has a lovely Thursday - nearly the weekend :)

xxxx

Flipping irritating isn't it?

Those days when you just want to tell people to clear off (or something :p)

I'm sure it'll pass when you get busy though - it usually does for me!!

11 days is a super start, and before you didn't have us guys to help you!! xxx
