Hello all just a quick note to everyone old and new. Three years ago I stopped smoking, after a few weak attempts I finally done it! I joined this forum after two weeks of struggling, and everyone was so supportive and so helpful I couldn't have done it without them, and reading Allen Carr's book.
I don't know if anybody from back then is still on here if they are thank you for your help, and I like to think I helped a few too. I haven't been on here for a long time it really is because I don't think about it anymore.
So all you newbies out there you can do it, if I can anyone can!!!! yes it's hard to start with but you don't become addicted over night so it will take time. It is worth it in the end, and it is a habit more than addiction.
It is the best thing I have ever done for myself!!! I now go on three holidays a year with the money I saved. Good luck all. xxx

Thank you Kat and Carol, and Una that's so nice of you to say that, To see you all still on here shows how much you help others, I am so busy these days with a different career and a new baby granddaughter I love to bits. I must make the effort and offer support like you lovely people. xx
How nice of you to come back after all this time. Its because of the support from you and others like you that so many people keep the faith in the early days....
