Sorry I'm a bit later posting today. My kittens were all due first vet check this morning and then I had to go visit mum. It's been hectic
Heading up to 4 weeks in just a couple of hours time and only a few more days til I enter month 2. I had some quite intense cravings last night but of course smoking isn't an option for me
Have a great weekend wherever you are.

I have to say this quit for me has been all about my state of mind. By ruling out the option to light up I seem to get through the 'craving' and lower points much quicker. I tend talk myself through these 'blips' repeating the words 'smoking is not an option'. It takes away the decision element for me and I come through convinced that I will never smoke again. Maybe reinforcement behaviour? I am not sure but I know it works
Lindy you have confused me not posting in the morning lol. Not long and you will be joining me. Do u want bottom or top on the bunkbed and we can have midnight feasts x
Haha Debbie, I confused myself. I will have lower bunk, I like my feet firmly on the ground. Midnight feasts sound great lol

Well you've certainly got the mental part of quitting spot on - Max always said that failure wasn't an option for him and now look at him - he's like the original non smoker!!
keep that thought process going and you'll be in the Penthouse before you know it!!

Thanks Gemma, my biggest weakness is my fear of failure which means it can take me a long time to commit to something. Once I do I am normally ultra committed to the cause. Max has done great and I can only hope to follow him all the way to the penthouse
