Hi everyone I hope you are all well and smoke free and you are enjoying being able to look at your family and friends guilt free and free is the operative word! Well since I stopped smoking I have avoided smoking 4817 cancer sticks, I have been a non-smoker for 193 days, and besides my health I have saved £1541.41.

They say the astronauts on the space station (who by the way can't smoke or they will be blown to smithereens lol) can see the great wall of China well I want them to see the bonfire with all the cigarettes we would have smoked so here is my 4817 to start the fire who will join me ?

I have just worked out, that by not rolling 3660 fags, I have regained 61 hours - or 2.5 days of my life, so five days a year, over around 10 years, I wasted almost 2 months just rolling fags - go figure
