What a night :(

Sorry need to vent, had an awful nights sleep, my son just wouldn't settle so work up very grumpy this morning! And of course when I'm feeling low, nicodemon comes out! Well after I got my patch on and had a lozenger, I wasn't long telling him where to go!

Think it's been tough this morning as I'm at home and didn't have getting ready for work as my distraction! But I've had a good chat with myself as nicodemon was trying the "just one" trick with me!

Time to stop running away for the craves and conquer each one! In all previous attempts, if my mind got busy craving and I felt like I couldn't handle it (to e honest I don't think I tried hard enough) I used to think just smoke now and start again on Monday but that got me no where except back to day 1!

This time I'm going the distance!

You're exactly right, where would it get you by smoking?

Day 1, p'ed off you'd failed, discouraged, wondering if you could make it again - totally not worth it!!

Sorry you had a lousy night (smoking wouldn't have helped that either) but you can fight through this
