Into month 5

Today I start month 5. I cannot begin to tell you all how proud I am of myself. Looking back, there have been a few wobble moments, as close as Christmas Day, but I have not given in. And the best thing about it is that I have done it all cold turkey. The fact that I got through a very successful pantomime run (21 shows), Christmas and New Year and am still going strong is a testament to the support I have been given on this forum.

I know it's not enough to say thank you to the people on this forum. I may not post as much as I used to but I consider the people on this forum as friends. If I should ever have a bad day I know I can come on here and there will always be somebody to help lift my spirits.

My stats (as at 17.35): 121 days 19 hrs 5 min smoke free, adding 14 days 17 hrs 12 mins to my life expectancy, saving £1187.52, by not smoking 3653 cigarettes.
