Sorry I haven't been around for a while. Time seems to have sped up over the last few months!

I hope you've all had a great christmas and are looking forward to a happy new year What do you have planned?

Well I passed my ten month marker the other day and hardly noticed! I'm taking this as a good sign of being a happy and content non-smoker!

My app tells me that I've saved around £1200 and have been without 3000 cigarettes! :eek: This is a shock, but a pleasant one all the same. I'm just glad that I don't have the equivalent in tar and chemicals roaming around my body.

I have to admit that I have become more intolerant of second hand smoke and smokers in general over the last couple of months. The smell and the immediate pain on my chest if I've accidentally breathed in smoke is horrible!

Anyway, I just thought I'd post an update. I know early on in my quit it was nice to see people reaching their milestones, so it's only right for me to give the same back to the forum

Looking forward to seeing an influx of quitters here in January. The more non-smokers in the world, the better!
