Good evening all,

Although I read the forum daily I haven't posted much of late so here goes nothing… Thankfully the horrible nightmare episode passed after a few nights - I think that was around day 45 although it would have only been two weeks after I stopped the e-cig. I think it was the total removal of nicotine that set that episode off.

Anyway, last three days have been hit by a monster crave first thing in the morning making breakfast. Weird. It's almost like a small part of my brain is whispering the nicdemon's taunts. The rational part of my brain knows there is no way that is going to happen. Dizziness, feeling sick and stinking? I think not.

So all good really. Even completed a 10 mile run event last Sunday. Can't see that happening 10 weeks ago
