Day 15

On day 15. On saturday night I was very drunk and smoked one cigarette. I can barely remember doing it. Anyway today and yesterday I think the cravings have gotten a little worse. I had thought about going back to day 1, but I won't be as I think the fact I have 2 weeks under my belt spurs me on.

To anyone thinking about having one fag .. DONT I felt terrible and it has made my quit a lot harder.

As Debbie says lesson learnt there Matt. The fact it has made it harder will be temporary. It should settle down in a few days but that 1 cig re awakened the cravings:( Dig in and carry on with your quit and don't do it again:)

Personally, I'd go back to Day 1.
