Hello Everybody!

I happened to stumble upon this website and decided to check it out. Here's a little background on me:

I began smoking a little over 3 years ago when I was 19 years old. This was a really hard time in my life as I just broke up with my boyfriend of the past 3 years. I began to drink heavily, which naturally I picked up a cigarette and never thought twice. Now, I'd like to think my life has turned around for the better. I have been with my current boyfriend for almost 2 years and I feel like I've grown up a lot since then.

Sunday, November 17th, was my last cigarette, and I couldn't be any more happier!

I'm ready to focus on being a healthier person and putting smoking in my past.

Welcome!!

First off well done for stopping now - it is a lot easier in your early 20's, believe me!!

It's fab that your life is getting better and that you're getting rid of the ciggies with it - more money and healthier too :)

Hello and welcome! Well done on your Day 5. It sounds as if you've got a whole new better life going on now and that's great...........just make sure stinky cigs don't have any place in it. :)
