Had my meeting at the smoking cessation group tonight, it's great to actually see results and come out feeling even more motivated

Today's been a little up and down but nothing major. Had the day off work to spend time with my son as I had been away for the weekend. I think it was because we were at home all day I had quite a number of craves but they were fine, I just let them pass, played with my son and got some washing and cleaning done!

Chilling now it have hot choc whilst watching I'm a celebrity..... Heaven
