OMG the time is flying by!! Off the cigs 35 days now and counting.
Last week was a bit of a tough week. There were a few times where I could have killed for one...but i didnt. The ap on my phone is really helping. In 5 weeks ive saved nearly 200 quid and I have smoked nearly 600 cigs...incredible!! Im feeling v proud.
I dont wake up anymore thinking of a smoke...so everything must be slowly dying down.LONG way to go yet...but im getting there!!
