Yea I am in week two! I am ready for it, and feel I am in the right frame of mind.
how are you all? seems to be three of us at the same stage, .
I have discovered how lovely Jam is, I haven't eaten jam in years but now I am having a cup of tea and jam on brown bread, it is lovely I feel like I discovered it. Ha ha. Have any of you noticed anything positive since you quit? that your delighted with.
