Really starting to feel good now

Hi all, don't get here anywhere near as often as I did in those first few days and weeks, but I rolled into my fourth month today.

I still probably think about cigarrettes most days, but anything that could be in any way described as a craving is now pretty rare (but still very real when it comes).

I'm really feeling pretty good about it now, and for me it really has been a very, very, very hard fought journey to get here....but has it been worth it - oh boy yes it has.
