I use a moneysaving forum and this is what I just posted on there to maybe encourage a few people worth a try this is what I posted

I stopped smoking on the 18th of July 2013 and besides having really good health benefits I have saved £973 now that's what I call money saving lol I went to Cardiff last week to the Apple store and bought myself an iPhone 5s 16gb cash I traded my iPhone 4 for £112 cash to a store called GAME so I was delighted with that I am waiting now for the Sales and I will buy myself a Smart television I should have enough by then and to think it could have all gone up in smoke. I am so happy that I am now a non-smoker!!!!!!
