Still plodding along nicely I wouldn't say this week has been difficult but it has definitely brought new challenges! The thoughts of 'I fancy a ciggie right now' have crept in but I am thinking of them in the same way as I would fancy a bar of chocolate I don't have to have one and I won't! Hope everyone else is doing well xx

Thanks max and karri! This is the one. I've woken up with the most hideous sore throat this morning, swallowing is painful but I would have continued to smoke before - what a Wally!! Xx
