At last 60 days Cold turkey

I made it to day 60 today. Its been hard , trying and emotional. Thanks all for the support,advice and more importantly the education. Still to afraid to celebrate as I o not feel fully comfortable yet but maybe next month

You are doing great rog. I'm around 120 days right now and I'm finding that being uncomfortable about smoking is part of the territory of quitting. I think it's something like your body and brain not knowing what to do with itself and it is confused. Since we've been smokers for so long then all the sudden, what?!, I can't smoke any more? Apparently it all goes away around a year or so, so we'll just have to plod on with our quits!
