7 months...brilliant. On the home straight then! Never mind a bit of extra weight........getting rid of that will be a walk in the park compared with getting shot of the fags!

Leebob - we share our quit date - I too am fat - about 2 stone actually - but now I've started walking (because I can) and watching what I eat as I feel I got the non smoking sorted out so I'm tackling the weight issue - when I moan about my weight and nothing fitting me, my Husband points out that I've acheived greatness and he'd rather me be a bit chubby than stinking of fags!!!!! keep up the good work!!!!

7 months is just fab! Really great and the weight will be something you can work on in the future. Maybe a new year resolution? Well it doesn't have to be quit smoking does it?
