Today I have -

Walked for half an hour round the block

Went up the gym and ran for half an hour

Went back up the gym and SWAM FOR half an hour !

NO CHOCOLATE TODAY

NO SWEETS

now drinking lemon tea.....

Well. What's happening here ? But I feel fab !

maybe it's because it's 200 smoke free days today ?
