Well folks, just thought id pop in again and say that ive been off them for 9 months now, still get a wee urge now and then but nothing that cant be told where to go 
, Cycling is getting the most of my money now, im cycling well over a hundred mile per week after joining a cycle club so that is keeping the weight down, since july ive done about 1600 mile maybe more, feeling a lot healthier and also feeling a lot better about myself, i hope your all doing well in your quit and i wish you good luck in doing so
