Trying Lostie, these are major craves. Came from nowhere, can't remember feeling like this on Day 10. Hanging in there by a thread. I do have patches somewhere but I don't want to use them......:mad::mad::mad:

Good morning, stick with it ... it will pass andd you'll be glad you hung on. Everytime you beat a major crave the next one won't be as strong and eventually you will be free

Hey Shojam,

I definately remember my second week being worse than all the others for some reason, but you gotta hang in there, do whatever it takes to get you through these first few weeks then you'll be relaxing in the warm fuzzy glow of being a non smoker

You really can do it so stick with it, you will thank yourself for it!
