Day 3 drawing to an end

I feel like poo, stabbing chest and throat pains, sore head, runny nose, just a vision of loveliness not. Oh and to top it all, pure shattered. Can't remember feeling this bad the last time, have had to take painkillers....is this normal, even my nose hurts, what's that all about. Anyway apart from the above, I feel blooming great if you get me. Can't wait for bed, hot milk I think. Day 4 tomorrow, couldn't smoke even if I wanted to
