Day 3 started well.......

Was really pleased with myself when I woke up this morning, then BAM. The monster of all craves hit me whilst driving. Passed my local newsagents, stopped the car, sat and had a major argument with myself, almost got out BUT.....I decided not to. 1 hour later and I am writing this, still smoke free but on guard just in case. It would have been so easy to go and buy some of those "sticks that cannot be named." Still a bit jittery but gonna have a nice cuppa and relax. Have a good day everyone

You obviously didnt want to smoke deep down in side or the arguement wouldnt of even happened you would have just bought them! well done for not giving so easily! be careful though dont even attempt to buy them because you may just have a bad moment and go through with it!
