My breath smells terrible I thought someone had trumped but it's my breath Please tell me this goes away quickly

It's almost certainly just because you've still got all the tar and horrible smoke in your lungs from when you were smoking. Now you have stopped your body is working to get rid of all the nasties that are lying down there.

It's nothing to be worried about for now. Give your teeth and tongue a good brush and in a few days I'm sure you'll be fine.
