Day 3 i think

Well here i am on day 3 it must be day 3 coz i quit on the first and now it s the 3rd. i m in a weird time thingy . feeling very depressed . unwell. craves come and go and some hang around like a bad smell. if i didnt feel so yuk i might be tempted to smoke. I think i have felt unwell like this since i started smoking in aug . it is smoking thats made this unwellness but its also the thing that provides releif Sick.
