i was feeling amazing, 7 weeks without a cigarette, i didn't even want one. Exercise was enjoyable for the first time in my life.........................feeling ashamed at the lack of support from my family, being told that giving up smoking is the issue for them so they sit there with a cigarette until you smoke it. Back to the doctors today, i will win!
