Stoptober done! In all honesty my hubby and son nagged me into doing Stoptober and I am so glad that they did! I've failed a 5 month quit in may this year. But this feels different. I still think about smoking but I know it will taste horrible and make me feel worse now so im not tempted! Onto the next 28 days!

Twinkles

Well done:)

You mentioned the 'magic word' this quit feels different. I promise you this is a good sign. May this be 'the forever one'

Well done twinkles,

i've done stoptober too, i've also had a few quits and usually feel like i'm depriving myself of something wonderful but this time i'm quite aware that i will feel nothing but terrible if i had one, there would be no positives.

Hopefully we've got it sussed this time, xx

Hi Felic, you move into month 2 once one month is completed. You don't wait until you complete month 2, if that makes sense lol:D

Not what you're looking for?
