So I've started to have my first major cravings! But still going strong still using my e-cig but that doesn't seem to make the cravings go away. Anyone else struggle on day 3? When will it get easier? Also I'm starting to feel nauseous and have no appetite, is this normal? One thing that seem to suppress my cravings a little was a small cup of green tea! Nice little tip there

You're off to a great start
Drinking water helps a lot, and anything you can do to keep your mind busy as well!!
Ooh and chew or suck things too 'cos that's a great help

Day 3 can be tricky, but you can do this, Lulu. If the green tea helps.....then keep on drinking it. Keep coming on here for support too. As has already been said, do anything to beat those craves......and if you can nip them in the bud, then they don't get the chance to grow into big craves. A small crave is easier to beat than a big one.
If you feel a bit queasy....could you manage some dry toast or a dry cracker? It might help with the nausea and beat the crave at the same time, by giving you a distraction.

PS Might it be the ecig that's making you feel a bit nauseous?
Yes, there is always one or two days the first week that the cravings don't seem to go away....but it will pass and they will just be small cravings. Keep busy and keep drinking the green tea or any fluid that helps you.
Cannot give you advice on not feeling hungry, unfortunately that has never happened to me
Keep strong, you can do it!
Thanks everyone! Happy to say I made it to day 4 even though I had one hell of a night at work. Feeling a lot better now I know I can do this.
