:eek:Day 6 for me, and I'm slightly worried, as this time it seems to be to easy. :confused:Not really having cravings, have a slight tight chest, but that's it.:D. Maybe I just got myself to anxious with my other quits, and that why I failed.
I know that it could all change in the blink of an eye, but if it stays as it is, I can say that my smoking days are over.
Well hope everyone is keeping strong, this can be done, just believe in yourself

Well done you, keep the guard up, as things change, I was good for the first week, then a bit of stress and I have bad cravings, but if you are prepared and want to do it,you will be ok, keep going!
