Hi all

Well I'm back after 3 years back in nicotine grip, day 1 for me. Managed 4 months in 2010 but lost my nan and started again. So here I am on day 1 again. Patches and inhalation /lozenges. Here's hoping we all stay strong and beat this demon once and for all.

Thanks Mrs! I'm a serial quitter too. One of these has to stick!!!! The folks on here were fantastic last time round, can't believe most have been quit 3 years now!
