This is my second serious quit, got to 5 months last time until I stupidly went back. Fingers crossed this is the one. Been in a horrible mood these past two days which I am hoping I am coming out of. Also a bit headachey and my chest feels tight. Good luck to all the others doing Stoptober!

Hello, Twinkles! Do you remember how you felt when you re-started the fags? I did the same about 4 years ago; I quit for 6 months and then started again. I felt physically sick and like my head would explode. Still, I carried on until I got "used to them" again. How stupid was that!

But, if you felt the same as me, keep reminding yourself of how totally awful you felt, both physically and mentally and tell yourself that you don't ever want to feel that way again.

Are you having any help with your quit.....patches, sprays, Champix or anything?

ugh yes it was horrible but I kept smoking them! was back on them for 5 months and I am ready to stop again!

Am cold turkey just taking it hour by hour!
