Well I survived last night...It seems all of my friends smoke and got left sitting on my own for parts of the night but was well worth it when they come come back in and could smell their vile breaths :eek:...I wasn't even tempted didn't even have a puff of my vapour thingy..
Got a hangover this morning but not as bad as usual think its true about the fags contributing to the hangover.
Feeling great not having any bad cravings so far today..:cool:

It's not easy at times but you did it 
And you noticed haw badly it makes them smell - that's something you won't smell like again!!
It's definitely true about the hangover, I drank enough to earn one last night but was fresh as a daisy first thing
Have you noticed how much better your mouth and throat feel after a night out too?
Mine was always like the bottom of a parrot's cage when I smoked but not any more!!
