Went to the gym this morning (I am 6 hours ahead of all the lovely peeps in the UK!) and checked my resting heartbeat........BLIMEY, what an improvement and only after a month! It's usually around 80-90 and today it was 50.

I have always been a runner (in the loosest of terms) and usually do a least 3 30 min blasts during the week but today was the first time I have notice such a dramatic drop. Think it's because I have been off the NRT the last 5 days.

This is soooooooooo amazing!! Am going to try and increase my timings now-another great day in the non smoking house!

Off out for a curry-yum!
