Hello Roger, congratulations on your quit. This forum is the best full of wise peeps who all know how this feels, keep posting and someone who has been where you are right now will have excellent advice and motivation for you. How have you decided to conquer the demon?

I decided to quit cold turkey which was really tough at the begining and still can be but seems to be getting easier every day .

keep reading and posting and you will soon whizz through into week 2
onwards and upwards is the only way to go

I am in awe, I was a bit of a quitter at quitting until the nurse put me on Champix. Massive respect to you.
