Oh, hello Seth.....I've just replied to you in the "welcome" thread! Never mind, I'll repeat myself here.

Well done on making the best decision you will ever make.......to live a life without fags.

If you have a wobble, or a question or even if you need a rant, then this is the place to be. Everyone here has been/is on the same journey as you. Read as much as you can of peoples' experiences on here...it really does help!

One very important thing......be absolutely sure that you are quitting for yourself and not because of the gf's nagging!
