How about going to see a show or a movie to celebrate - you wouldn't be able to smoke there anyway!!

Whatever you do I hope you have a great birthday!

I found that a trip to the cinema on a Friday night was a great way to keep the craves away. If you can encourage a coupe of your drinking buddies to swap booze for a flick, it means that you're not missing out on the social aspect (your social group are with you! :)) and you're still having a treat and a Friday night out, minus the alcohol and fags.

Also, popcorn is a yummy way to keep your mind off smoking! x
