Leg Circulation

Well it's been 20 days since I became a non-smoker and I was rewarded today buy being able to walk to my Doctors only needing one stop! While I was smoking I needed to stop about 5 times because the pain in my legs was unbearable because of poor circulation smoking was a major contributor, so I am delighted to see the improvement and this will spur me on to continue being a non-smoker.

Fantastic!

Wow.That is amazing, Rex. How fantastic.:):) You must be so chuffed to bits.

I know I had a massive improvement on my lung capacity within 3 weeks according to my peak flow thingy, so it just shows how fast the human body can make improvements when we are not putting it under smoking stress.

I was at the doc's for my annual asthma check up last night. I hardly ever use the reliever now -- so all good -- oh apart from the fact that I have shrunk! I was always 5'4" and now I am 5' 2 ".

Keep up this good work, Rex.

Having been a mid summer quitter I was amazed that the cold hands and feet I had been accustomed to as an adult didn't happen in winter.
