You get days like that - you probably did last time too but you tend to forget them (or is that just me?) but you can pull through!!

I remember how gutted you were when you had a smoke when you were out, remember that too and use it!! :)

You've smoked a lot for most of your life - it's going to take time for your brain to catch on that you don't ant more and don't want to. Have a read of some quit smoking books, especially Allen Carr if you haven't already :)

This could be your fate

I have intermittent Claudication in my Legs caused by smoking since the diagnosis I have stopped smoking its 2 weeks today! By not smoking and the medication they have given me it should stop it getting any worse hopefully even a little better. But I was told in no uncertain terms if I continued to smoke I will be risking losing a leg possibly both! So please take this as a warning don't ever smoke again, if you have a crave look at your legs and imagine life without them.

It is early days yet Sophie:) Keep going and it will soon become much more manageable we have all been where you are now. it just takes guts and determination. You have to change your mindset and start to think like a non smoker, remember why you chose to quit and hang on to that thought whenever you get a crave. Read lots of posts on here there are many that are inspirational and I am sure you will find them helpful. Best wishes:)
