Woke up in a bit of shock. I really haven't smoked for 3 whole days? Wow!
Having insomnia, I think. I just couldn't sleep until the wee hours of the morning. Also very anxious about a small problem I'm having at work. I know it's not a big deal. But the way I'm reacting seems a bit off. Things that normally wouldn't really bother me seem like too much. It's that anxiety which normally I would have a ciggy to relieve.
Day 4, a little close to half way....

It does mess around with your sleeping pattern at first. I'd be dozing off on the sofa any time from 8PM onwards for a bit :/ then couldn't get off at night time. Again, it's your body adjusting to not having the stimulant in it I guess?
Yes, I think you're right. I'm also very groggy and sleepy during the day. It's time for lunch. I'm excited because I think it will temporarily get rid of the little monster in my gut.
I am very pleased with myself at the moment I have been smoking in between 20 and 30 a day for the last 50 years and for the last 4 days nil I am using Champix and it has certainly been a big help! I have hardly thought about smoking, also being able to express my thoughts in the forum is also really good, because about 10 minutes ago I felt a little unsettled as though I was empty its a difficult feeling to explain so that was the reason I came onto the forum today and after reading about the achievements of others in the forum and writing my thoughts the empty feeling has gone and I feel stronger so good luck everyone and keep posting.
