If anyone needs a little extra incentive here's one I have used.

I have totted up how much my e-cig has cost me for this month and deducted it from what real fags would have cost me. Overall I have saved £130.00 so not wanting to waste it on rubbish this month I have donated it to my favorite charity for which I am going to give an unashamed plug for.
