cold turkey after 43 tears

up to day 20 now, feeling the difference big time. Only had one half ciggy. last week in a weak moment, definitely my last !! 43 years of roll my owns, heavy cannabis use as well (spliffs & pipes) is 100 % behind me now. big decision to give up the chuff as this was a part of my life style all my life. :cool:

Wow a complete change of life style there Stiffee. Probably not before time either by the sounds of it. Day 20 is a BIG milestone, these early days are the hardest so every day smoke and spliff free, is a big achievement. I am glad you are feeling a difference too, as that will spur you on, keep it going you are doing great and you will continue to feel great. Well done!

Yes I second that.What a fantastic lifestyle change...none of us are getting any younger and if we want to make the break then we have to take the bull by the horns and really go for it...if not...well.....its a no brainer really.
