Nearly through day5,just want to get week-end over as that's my peak smoking time.Not going to have any alcohol this wk and cant wait til 1 wk over and done.NOT GOING TO SMOKE THIS W-END

Glad you're still going strong Carol. My Allen Carr book turned up today so I'm going to read that and hopefully not smoke this weekend. Best of luck and hopefully we'll both have good news on Monday
