So its day 9 in a couple of hours hehe i can't believe i have made it this far! My partner smoked 3 smokes in the car today and i must admit i wouldn't have minded a few sneaky drags even tho the smoke smell was disgusting :eek: I've noticed im not thinking about having a smoke as often, maybe once every hour but hey its better than every 15 minutes like the first couple of days. All and all things are definitely on the up, and feels great not smoking

I use to think about sneaking a puff or two - but then realized that even though know one else would know - I WOULD! I think the guilt and disappointment in myself would have been horrible. Glad you didn't give in. Just think - tomorrow is day 10! Double digits!
