The last time I gave up I was putting the money towards helping my daughter pay for ivf.....Then I went through all the stress of it with her and started smok:)ing again,stupidly thinking it helped(it didn't).Anyway bay is on the way and I want to be a nice smelling fun energetic granny...so that's my reason to quit.

As a grandmother (Mama) of two little boys aged 3 and 1, I know that they have been hugely instrumental in the success of my quit.

That together with a completely different mindset.

I don't see my grandchildren often as they live in NZ but when I was there this year it was wonderful not to have to keep popping out for a cigarette. I felt I was able to give them so much more attention.
