Im back again too.

Hello carolrose here.....serial quitter trying again.Last major quit 17 sept 12 lasted 3 mths.several small ones since.grr!!

Any way Im back and have joined smokestop,wearing low dose patches and reading this forum.

One thing I would like advice on pls is that I don't actually crave a cig when I quit,I just have one out of habit I guess,like Im never really serious in my head about stopping.This time I want to get my head around it and stop for good.............so here goes.

Find hypnotherapist.

Visit hypnotherapist.

Enjoy the rest of your smokefree life.

If that doesn't work, formulate a new plan.
