I forgot to put on a patch yesterday and took it off early on saturday as it fell off in the shower.

I have been without NRT since saturday evening

Im feeling ok, I have got patches and I am debating putting one on or just going CT from here.

What would you lovely people advise?

It's got to be up to you, but I know you've had slipups before so I'd definitely advise finishing the course!!

It's only 3 weeks(?) untill you're finished with them anyway
